Important Note Regarding the Zanies Cast Video

I wish to inform my valued customers of certain technical challenges encountered during the production of the Zanies cast video. Throughout the recording, I encountered various issues related to audio and video quality that I feel it’s imperative to address transparently.

Audio disturbances, notably affecting Laila’s microphone, resulted in intermittent cutouts and static interference during her speaking parts. Despite my best efforts, these anomalies persisted, prompting the utilization of alternative audio sources to mitigate the disruptions as much as possible.

Similarly, the video component of the production encountered intermittent challenges affecting a portion of the overall runtime. While not consecutive, these disruptions collectively impacted around 5-10 minutes of the video presentation. Consequently, I adapted by utilizing wider camera shots in lieu of preferred close-in angles to mitigate the effects of these interruptions.

Additionally, a brief 20-30 second segment lacked usable video content, necessitating the inclusion of a still shot captured just before the onset of video issues.

I recognize the importance of delivering a seamless viewing experience and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by these technical setbacks. Rest assured, I have diligently worked to salvage and enhance the overall quality of the production.
